Our Mental Health Services Include:

General Counselling (15+)
Safe, non-judgemental counselling for teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating life’s challenges — from anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem to big transitions, relationships, and identity. We tailor our sessions to you, drawing on evidence-based psychological approaches and a genuine, human connection. You can meet our counsellors here.

Life Coaching (16+)
Sometimes you don’t need therapy — you need a sounding board, a gentle push, and practical tools to help you move forward. Our life coaching sessions are goal-focused, encouraging, and designed to help you build confidence, clarity, and momentum in the areas that matter most to you.

Mindfulness Coaching (16+)
Mindfulness is at the heart of what we do. Our mindfulness coaching sessions help you learn practical strategies to manage stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with the present moment — in a way that works for real life (no pretzel poses required).

Somatic Coaching (18+)
Our bodies hold so much of what we carry. Somatic coaching weaves in gentle, sensory-based tools that help you notice and release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded and connected — especially when words aren’t enough on their own.
