Meet Zoe
Workshop facilitator - Counsellor - Coach
Mental health support should feel like a deep breath, a good laugh, a safe place to cry, and a soft place to land — all at once.
Hi, I’m Zoe Martini!
I’m a counsellor, psychology honours student, mindfulness coach, somatic practitioner, AOD support worker, neurodiversity researcher, and a big believer that mental health and wellbeing should feel real, flexible, and genuinely supportive of who you are.
I’ve spent years working in private practice and school wellbeing supporting young people, women, and families in all their wonderful diversity. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling, I’m currently completing my Honours in Psychological Science and involved in neurodiversity research, additionally, I am a qualified mindfulness coach, yoga teacher, AOD worker, and somatic-work coach.
While I am a committed academic, a lot of what I bring comes from lived experience. I’m a mum of five in a blended, non-traditional family — life in our house is busy, beautifully imperfect, and full of moments that remind me why a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach never works.
In both my one-to-one work and my workshops, I draw on mindfulness, sensory and play-based practices, and somatic tools alongside evidence-based psychology. I love weaving these together in ways that feel practical, creative, and sometimes a bit unconventional — because the weird and wonderful parts of us deserve care too.
I’m at my best when I’m connecting with people, helping them feel heard, and making space for curiosity, self-compassion, and real conversation. Whether we’re working quietly one-on-one or laughing through a group session, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as you build the kind of resilience and self-understanding that lasts.
